Join us for an intimate afternoon of conscious connected breathwork, immersive sound healing, and sacred ceremony designed to help you shift out of stress and into a state of deep presence.

Breathwork offers a direct pathway back into the body, helping to regulate the nervous system, increase emotional resilience and create space for clarity, connection and healing.

Combined with the immersive frequencies of crystal singing bowls, voice and sound, this experience invites your mind to soften while your body enters a deeply restorative state where genuine transformation becomes possible.

During this journey you'll experience:

🌬 Conscious Connected Breathwork

Activate your breath to calm the nervous system, increase oxygenation, improve heart-brain coherence and access emotions that may have been held beneath the surface. Many people report feeling lighter, clearer and more connected following a session.

🎶 Immersive Sound Healing

Be enveloped by the soothing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, medicine music and intuitive vocals. Sound can support deep relaxation, helping shift brainwave activity toward slower states associated with meditation, creativity and restoration.

Meet Your Facilitator

Ali Skiba is a Breathwork Facilitator, Sound Healer and Voice Activation Coach devoted to helping people regulate their nervous systems, reconnect with their authentic voice and rediscover the innate wisdom of the body.

Following her appearance on The Voice Australia, Ali has inspired audiences around the world through the healing power of music and voice. Today she combines evidence-informed breathwork practices with sound healing, somatic awareness and ceremony to create experiences that are both deeply grounding and profoundly transformative.

Her work supports people experiencing stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm and burnout, empowering them to move beyond survival mode and cultivate greater presence, vitality and self-trust.
